The failure of the competent authority to grant clearance or pass final orders within the period specified under sub-section 2 of the section 14 of the Act and as mentioned in notification no.
US/CO/PSEB-2008/1092 dated 19-08-2008 of Department of Industries & Commerce Punjab shall be treated as deemed approval.
In case deemed approval is accorded by the Nodal Officer, the Department of Industries & Commerce will issue a certificate of deemed approval to the applicant under intimation to the concerned department in the format
annexed herewith.
