Consent to Establish (NOC) is granted by different authorities depending upon the environmental impact of the Industrial Unit i.e. Red/Green Category of Industrial Unit. There is a separate Application Form, set of Guidelines, and other requirements for each category of unit, therefore Application Form along with other relevant information required for each category is provided below:
